What excites you about the Sommelier industry/community?

It is a profession that is constantly evolving, where learning and discovery are played out daily. It is a business that connects two creators: a chef and a winemaker, and this for the benefit of customers and wine lovers.

Why does continuous education in the wine industry matter to you?

Because it is a world in constant evolution and which new vineyards appear or are reborn, certain grape varieties return to the front of the stage, or that old and new methods of vinification are used and especially because the customers are of more and more curious and keep learning.
