Martin Thibault has co-written three award-winning books since 2010. Les saveurs gastronomiques de la bière, published in 2014, won nearly all possible prizes it was in contention for in the culinary world, both at national and international levels. The latest one, entitled Les paradis de la bière blanche, compares some of his discoveries in rural Estonia and Bolivia to the better known scenes of Belgium, Germany and Quebec, in the hopes of making beer lovers eschew color when ordering a beer. His constant unearthing of forgotten brewing traditions for American beer magazines has also allowed him to win three prizes from the North American Guild of Beer Writers.
